The Mathulini Communal Property Association (CPA) is a land-holding legal entity established in terms of the CPA Act no.28 of 1996, after a successful land Claim lodged with the Regional Land Claims Commission in 1998 on behalf the Mathulini Tribe under Inkosi Bhekizizwe Nivard Luthuli.
